Tickets and accessibility
Event Tickets manages RSVPs and ticket records. WooCommerce may handle paid tickets. Each event should state accessibility, age requirements, recording, refunds, venue rules, and whether it is cannabis- and alcohol-free.
Connect with the program
Use the guided intake below so your request reaches the right team. Do not submit medical records, government identity documents, confidential research protocols, or other highly sensitive information through a public website form.
From proposal to safe, memorable event
Event records should include a verified organizer, venue or virtual platform, date and time zone, capacity, accessibility, age rules, cultural protocol, photography and recording policy, vendor requirements, insurance, cancellation terms, emergency contacts, ticket type, and whether the event is alcohol-free, cannabis-free, or connected to a separately licensed operator.
After an event, the page can become an archive containing approved photographs, captions, speaker resources, participant reflections, recordings, outcomes, and the next event—giving visitors a reason to return after registration closes.
What to expect when you return
New material should appear through a visible publishing rhythm: reviewed feature releases, upcoming events and workshops, new or corrected profiles, project field notes, member briefings, and annual impact summaries. Each update should show its source or reviewer, publication date, and next review date when the subject is sensitive or changeable.
Visitors can subscribe or become members for approved updates, but the platform should not use urgency, fear, medical promises, or cultural access as pressure to pay.
Frequently asked questions
Does submitting an event request publish an event?
No. Proposals are reviewed before a draft event is created or approved.
Where are payments handled?
Event Tickets and WooCommerce should handle approved ticket transactions; MetForm is for proposals and planning intake, not payment-card collection.
Can events involve cannabis?
Only through a separately licensed and approved activity. Ordinary MAGA events should not imply regulated sales, service, consumption, or possession rights.
