Share a non-confidential event proposal so the MAGA team can review purpose, organizer, venue, timing, accessibility, cultural protocol, safety, insurance, ticketing, and partnership needs. Submission does not create or publish an event automatically.
Before you submit
- Use this public pathway only for preliminary, non-confidential planning information.
- Do not submit medical records, government identity images, payment-card information, confidential research protocols, protected youth records, or controlled-substance transfer information.
- Identify the responsible organizer and a working contact channel.
- Describe the proposed audience, date window, venue or virtual platform, expected attendance, accessibility, and cultural or safety considerations.
- Ticketing, commerce, permits, insurance, speakers, vendors, sponsors, photography, and recording remain subject to separate review.
Event proposal
The stable MAGA workflow alias below routes through the currently approved form provider. MAGA Native Forms becomes the preferred provider after its operations gates pass. Every submission is held for human review.
What happens next
A reviewer may request clarification, decline the proposal, move it into planning, or create a separate draft event record. Nothing is auto-published and payment details are not collected through this intake.
